Appropriate for clients with time or budget restrictions, this shortened session is great for general relaxation or addressing one specific issue.

Swedish

A relaxation-based massage. Your therapist will use a light to medium pressure to relieve muscle tension and emotional stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

A more focused deeper massage to relieve chronic "knots" and improve range of motion.

Couples Massage

The ultimate in spending quality time together. A fabulous way to de-stress and realign the senses together. Two of our therapists will wisk you to our couples room where you can enjoy your massages together.

Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic Massage is the best choice to start a recovery plan of treatments. This type of massage is expertly configured to help relieve problems from athletic injuries, chronic pain and repetitive use injuries as well as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome,low back pain, sciatic pain, etc. Our Orthopedic Massage is based on the teachings of James Waslaski, whose unique, multidisciplinary approach integrates techniques from the world's leading chiropractors, physical therapists, orthopedic and osteopathic physicians. Your therapist will begin with pelvic stabilization and then, using a variety of techniques, will release chronic muscle tension, realign dysfunctional scar tissue and increase your overall flexibility. Your therapist will help you understand your injury and work with you to help you heal. Includes a stretch band and a booklet of stretching and strengthening specific for your injuries. A package is highly recommended.

Pregnancy Massage

A relaxation massage incorporating specialized techniques and supportive contoured body pillows to address specific needs of our pregnant clients past their first trimester.

Reflexology

An ancient treatment which releases points in the hands and feet to relax and heal the entire body. We gently exfoliate and cleanse the feet and hands before massaging the reflex zones to alleviate stress throughout the body.

Thai Massage

Also known as "Lazy Man's Yoga", this massage takes place on a padded floor mat with the client clothed in active wear. The therapist assists the client through yoga-like movements and stretches and may incorporate joint mobilizations, muscle compression and pressure point work.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This gentle rhythmic modality drains waste and excess impurities from each party of the body as well as carrying useful white blood cells to the circulatory system.

Head-to-Toe

Your therapist will begin with an age defying facial which deeply cleans and rejuvenates your skin. Our signature foot reflexology treatment and a one hour massage is included for a total head-to-toe meltdown.

The Ultimate Pamper

This indulgent package includes a full body micro-buff exfoliation, detoxifying warm moor mud wrap, foot reflexology, and a luxurious facial of your choice to help with fatigued skin and prevent premature aging. Now that you are cleansed and relaxed, your therapist will provide you with a full 60 minute full-body massage.

Moor Mud body wrap

Since ancient times, mud has been used for its healing properties, from skin problems to arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis and fibromyalgia.

This detoxifying mud wrap begins with a full body exfoliation to smooth tired skin and ends with a hydrating lotion application

Collagen

Enriched with Aloe Vera and other nourishing plant oils, as well as viatmins A, C and E, this mask prevents premature aging and promotes more radiant skin.

Detox facial

This kaolin clay mask, infused with naturally anitseptic tea tree, basil and camphor essential oils, deep cleans pores and helps banish bacteria to prevent future breakouts.

SensiCalm

A cool, oil free gel mask with boswella serata extract calms redness and inflammation and is excellent for people with rosacea-prone or sensitive skin.

Sauna Time
